Around Christmas\u00a02015, singer\/songwriter and old friend <strong>Michael Friedman<\/strong> hauled me back in,\u00a0and we had way too much\u00a0fun making Mike&#8217;s\u00a0new album <em>Random Acts Of Tuning<\/em> (Canadian release Sept 2016). This album&#8217;s pretty much pure-up-close-and-intimate-and-acoustic,\u00a0and spotlights Michael&#8217;s beautiful playing\/singing and\u00a0strong\u00a0songwriting in very different settings. His version of <strong>Malvina Reynolds<\/strong>&#8216; 1960s\u00a0<em>What Have They Done To The Rain?<\/em> is\u00a0my hands-down favourite version of this classic song.
